Clinics
Whether you’re looking to build confidence, strengthen your partnership, or simply enjoy some quality time with your horse, these clinics are designed to support you in a calm, positive and welcoming environment. With a focus on ethical, horse-centred training, each session—whether it’s groundwork, polework or jumping—offers a chance to learn, grow, and have fun. You’ll work through thoughtful, progressive exercises that bring physical benefits to both horse and rider, while developing skills like balance, communication, coordination, and confidence. All levels are welcome, and every combination is supported at their own pace—because training should feel good for both of you.
Clincs are run regularly at Moreton Morrell College and Catesby Equestrian as well as Sara running private clinics at private/livery yards

Gridwork and Gymnastic Clinics
Come along to a relaxed and enjoyable session designed to build confidence and improve performance for both horse and rider. These clinics focus on gridwork and include a variety of polework and gymnastic exercises that not only keep things interesting, but also bring clear physical benefits.
The grid setup allows us to work on key rider skills such as position, balance, timing, and effective use of the aids, all while promoting rhythm, coordination, and athleticism in the horse. Whether you're looking to build confidence, improve technique, or simply enjoy a positive training experience with your horse, this clinic is for you.
Sessions are tailored to suit each combination, and there's no pressure—just a friendly, supportive environment where learning is encouraged, mistakes are part of the process, and progress is celebrated.
Open to all levels, this is a great opportunity to have fun, connect with like-minded riders, and take your training to the next level in a horse- and rider-centred way.

Polework Clinics
Come along to a relaxed and rewarding session where we’ll ride through a progressive polework layout designed to benefit both horse and rider. These carefully structured exercises help develop rider balance, body awareness, effective use of the aids, and confidence in the saddle.
For the horse, the polework promotes proprioception, rhythm, coordination, and overall strength—essential elements for sound, athletic movement and long-term soundness.
The session is designed to be fun and low-pressure, with a supportive and encouraging atmosphere. Riders are guided step-by-step, with plenty of time to process, practice, and make positive changes. Whether you're looking to refine your flatwork, build confidence over poles, or simply do something different with your horse, this clinic offers something valuable for every level.
Ideal for riders wanting to improve their partnership, physical awareness, and training approach in a horse-centred, confidence-building environment.

Groundwork Clinics
This fun and informative session focuses on the power of groundwork to strengthen your partnership, improve communication, and enhance your horse’s physical and mental balance.
Through a series of progressive exercises tailored to each horse and handler, we’ll explore key areas such as spatial awareness, responsiveness to subtle cues, and confidence in new situations.
Groundwork offers a fantastic opportunity to develop timing, feel, and clarity on the ground—skills that directly transfer to work under saddle.
For the horse, groundwork promotes coordination, balance, body control, and a calm, focused mindset. For the handler, it builds confidence, connection, and a deeper understanding of equine behaviour.
Whether you're looking to solve specific issues, improve your horse’s posture and way of going, or simply deepen your bond, this clinic offers a supportive, no-pressure environment where learning is enjoyable and progress is celebrated.
Open to all levels—no prior groundwork experience needed!
